File a Complaint
Your
complaint may involve anyone in the funeral industry including
sales agent, funeral homes, cemeteries or monument builders.
In addition, if you have filed a compliant and you feel
that you are not getting timely assistance from the state
or local regulator, we encourage you to file this information
with us too.

must state in simple and brief detail the nature of
your complaint and provide the investigator with your
name and contact information.
